Refund / Return Policy
Customer Satisfaction Guarantee and Refund Policy:

If for any reason a Retail Customer or Preferred/VIP Member is not completely satisfied with any Herbalife product purchased directly from us or from any Herbalife Independent Distributor, the Customer may return it for a refund or product exchange within 30 days from the date the Customer receives the product. Digital and personalized products are not eligible for refunds.
If the Preferred Member cancels their membership, for any reason within 90 days from the date the application is accepted by Herbalife, the Preferred Member is entitled to a full refund of the initial membership cost. A written cancelation is required to initiate the refund process.
You may contact your Distributor or by calling the Refunds and Repurchase Department 1-855-757-4747 to request a refund or exchange.

This Distributor Privacy Policy sets out the types of personal information that, as an independent Herbalife Member, I collect about my customers, prospective customers and visitors to my website(s) and application(s), and the purposes for which I use that information. When you use certain Herbalife products or services, such as Pro2col, I may collect additional information if you choose to share it with me, which could include health-related data like wellness scores, goals, bodily functions or characteristics, and physiological or biological measurements.
